Effective 24 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Vitralis for iOS. By playing it you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Vitralis for your own non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control.
Ambers are earned only by restoring windows, keeping Vespers and burning candles in Candle Rush. They are spent only on the Tracery, for aids, glass sets, lead finishes and taller candles. Ambers cannot be bought with real money, have no value outside the game, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged. They are kept on your device and are lost if the app is deleted or its records are cleared in the Sacristy.
Please do not copy, redistribute, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, or tamper with its saved records. The game is for personal play.
The game, its windows and puzzles, artwork, music, sound and code belong to the developer. Your licence lets you play; it does not transfer ownership of anything.
Vitralis is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. The developer is not liable for any loss arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
The game is suitable for general audiences. It has no accounts, no chat, no content from other players and no purchases.
These terms may be revised; playing after a revision means you accept the current version. Vitralis is developed by John Torrey, who can be reached at post@thefruitedboom.click with any question about these terms.
